The Programme:
The first step is to schedule an appointment for an initial consultation and Perceptual Ability Screening to determine suitability of the Davis Programme (allow 2 hours). This will determine whether the Davis Method will address the learning difficulties that you or your child are experiencing.
For the Davis Programme to be truly successful and effective a person must be personally motivated and willing to improve some aspect of learning or school performance.
We also require our clients be free of medications and free of any major stressful in-life situation.
The Programme consists of:
One-on-one facilitation over 5 consecutive days, scheduled as follows:
Monday through Friday, from 9am – 4pm
Lunch break between 12am – 1pm.
Short breaks are taken throughout the day as needed
Support training for the client’s families, tutors or teachers on the afternoon of the fifth day.
A kit containing all the necessary take-home materials for program follow-up and success.
Three follow up reviews, as needed
Unlimited telephone and e-mail consultation
Despite Dr. Fred Epstein
being written off as lazy and dumb, Epstein was
determined to become a doctor. A friend of the family
helped him get into medical school, and he graduated
from New York Medical College in 1963. He decided
to become a neurosurgeon and helped create the field
of pediatric neurosurgery.
His pioneering work in figuring out how to operate
on tumors in the brain stem and spinal cord —
surgery previously considered too dangerous to perform
— helped Epstein become world famous in the
medical profession.
